Changing Your Next Order Date
You can edit your next order date at any time within your account — from today through to any date in the future.
Here are the steps to follow.
- Log into your subscription account, and click on the “Update” button beside your subscription.
- On the next page choose the "Next Candle Date" tile on the left-hand side which shows your current next order date.
- A pop-up will appear allowing you to choose your new date.
- Having chosen a new date, you can confirm the change by clicking "Update Next Shipment Date".
- This update will be confirmed, and after a page refresh you will see your new order date reflected.
- Note: there is also an option to "Order Now" in the date change pop-up if you want your next order to process immediately. After this action processes, your order will have processed automatically and your "Next Candle Date" will now show your next scheduled order.
