Our last newsletter about social media fatigue hit deeper than I expected. I loved reading the notes many of you shared about your relationship to this topic. (I included a few of those below.)
Many of us seeking are ways to live outside the algorithm.
The ritual of Valentine’s Day is a great opportunity for a moment outside the feed.
A small gesture of gratitude like writing a loving note to someone we appreciate—whether a partner, friend, relative or colleague— can be restorative in larger ways than we might think. Today, it may even be an act of rebellion, reasserting our capacity to direct our attention towards what really matters to us.
