There are some neat benefits to being a Keap subscriber that you might not be aware of — from getting 10% off all one-time purchases to adding candles to your upcoming orders.
You can always add extra one-time candles to your next subscription at a reduced price. Below you'll find video and written tutorials for this process on Desktop and Mobile.
ADD CANDLES TO YOUR NEXT SUBSCRIPTION ORDER ON DESKTOP
1) Log into your subscription account, and click on My Subscription
2) At the bottom of the View Your Next Order page you will find the product "Extra Candles (Save $10)". Click on Add +
3) Select your preferences for the added candle
- Scent Options:
- Choose between the Seasonal Scent of the Month ( see here for the current Seasonal Scent ) or either of our Signature Scents, Wood Cabin and Lavender + Petals.
- Please note that Seasonal Scents from previous months are not available as an option in the portal.
- Packaging Options:
- Our Classic Subscription option will ship in the low-waste subscription packaging you are accustomed to.
- Gift Boxed candles are also available as an add-on and will ship in our rigid black boxes with gift accoutrement . Note: Switching to Gift Packaging will add $5
- Frequency Options:
- One Time Only: This will add the candle to your subscription once and then remove it for future subscriptions.
- As a Subscription: This will add the candle to your future subscriptions at a frequency of your choice.
4) The extra candle will automatically be set to the same date as your upcoming subscription
- Reminder: You can always update the date of your subscription by clicking on Reschedule on the View Your Next Order page

2) This brings you to your main subscription page. Scrolling down you will find the product "Extra Candles (Save $10)". Click on Add +

If you are looking to do something more complicated such as sending a one-time candle to a friend as a gift this is possible! We recommend using the “Send to a Friend” form on your subscription account homepage.
