A stand of firs, light snow undisturbed on its branches. The earthen tang of sap on a cool current of crisp air. A premonition of the nutmeg-spiced hot cider waiting at home by the fireplace.

Key Notes
North American Fir: An aromatic evergreen scent with nostalgic overtones.
Pine Needles: These bring a fresh spiciness that gives an uplifting sensation, and a sense of “the great Northern woods”
Absinthe: A bitter, boozy green, with anise-like character, adding a rich aromatic facet.
White Musk: Like the powdery musk in natural pine trees, adds texture to the woods.
Nutmeg: The South East Asian spice adds powdery and spicy aspects that help bring out some of the lower dark notes.
Madagascan Cinnamon: A warm and rich spice, providing depth to the happy green notes above.
Candle Burning Tips
Following your first burn, each time you use your candle, trim the wick to 3⁄8” (about the width of your pinky finger) before you light it. This helps ensure a smaller, safer flame and less soot.
Each time you burn your candle, burn it for 2-3 hours. This will not only maximize the fragrance throw, but also help avoid "tunneling," where the candle burns down the middle, leaving wax around the edges.
For safety reasons:
▶ Don’t burn your candle when less than a 1/2” of wax remains.
▶ Never leave a burning candle unattended!

What's a gift-boxed candle?

A gift-boxed Keap candle comes with a beautiful black gift-box, and inside you'll find a candle (phew!), a coaster/dust cover, matchbox*, and an informational insert.
*Please note that matchboxes can only be included in Ground shipments. If you choose an expedited shipping option at checkout (Air or Priority), the matches will be excluded from your order.
Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely. In the cart there is a field to enter a personal gift note. We hand-write every gift note on a card and include it alongside your gift.
Can a gift receipt be included instead of the price?

We only include details about how to contact us, alongside any gift message you provide so no pricing information will be visible.

If you order 8 or more candles through our website, shipping is free! For smaller one-off orders, we do not offer free shipping.
However, subscribers do receive free shipping on all subscription orders (i.e. orders placed through the subscriber portal), so you can order Wood Cabin and Lavender + Petals through the portal year-round, and you can order this month's Seasonal Scent through the portal anytime before the change of the month.
