Key Notes
Cedar Leaves: Woody and green, in the same mood as pine needles.
Eucalyptus: Clear, fresh, and sharp woody note, with a therapeutic accent.
Neroli: Fresh and slightly sweet floral note coming from the bitter orange tree. Feels clean and slightly “fleshy”.
Lavender Absolute: Calming, light and fresh note, that also helps give a “kick” to the top citrus notes.
Yuzu: Aroma between that of a lemon and a lime, potently fresh, almost floral. Elevates and prolongs the other citrus notes.
Cypress Leaves: Woody and slightly spicy note that brings freshness and a clarity to the lower notes of the fragrance.
Candle Burning Tips
Following your first burn, each time you use your candle, trim the wick to 3⁄8” (about the width of your pinky finger) before you light it. This helps ensure a smaller, safer flame and less soot.
Each time you burn your candle, burn it for 2-3 hours. This will not only maximize the fragrance throw, but also help avoid "tunneling," where the candle burns down the middle, leaving wax around the edges.
For safety reasons:
▶ Don’t burn your candle when less than a 1/2” of wax remains.
▶ Never leave a burning candle unattended!

A Scent to Last All Year

Love my new Hot Springs Candle! It reminds me of the baths in Saratoga Springs — so definitely hit the right note.
I ordered the Wood Cabin candle for the holidays. I could live year-round in that scent!
There is a distinct smell of a summer cabin — sawn wood, clean but ever so slightly musty, the little pillow of the sofa that was stuffed with the needles from the fir trees, and the clean smell from the pine trees that comes in from the open windows. Bliss for sure!

What's a gift-boxed candle?

A gift-boxed Keap candle comes with a beautiful black gift-box, and inside you'll find a candle (phew!), a coaster/dust cover, matchbox*, and an informational insert.
*Please note that matchboxes can only be included in Ground shipments. If you choose an expedited shipping option at checkout (Air or Priority), the matches will be excluded from your order.
Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely. In the cart there is a field to enter a personal gift note. We hand-write every gift note on a card and include it alongside your gift.
Can a gift receipt be included instead of the price?

We only include details about how to contact us, alongside any gift message you provide so no pricing information will be visible.

If you order 8 or more candles through our website, shipping is free! For smaller one-off orders, we do not offer free shipping.
However, subscribers do receive free shipping on all subscription orders (i.e. orders placed through the subscriber portal), so you can order Wood Cabin and Lavender + Petals through the portal year-round, and you can order this month's Seasonal Scent through the portal anytime before the change of the month.
