We're excited to announce our Valentine's collaboration with Brooklyn-based illustrator Adria Mercuri! We've turned the humble matchbox into a playful, artistic memento containing a secret love—both items illustrated with intricate and elegant pencil-work by BKs Adria Mercuri.
There are seven different love note designs in total, featuring roses, hearts imagined in plants, and a whimsical depiction of a heart shaped from burned matches. Inside each card is a classic love message, with a nod to the match’s purpose and candy hearts: “We’re a perfect match,” “You light my fire,” “You make me melt”.
The limited-edition matchboxes will be available exclusively as part of the Valentine’s Candle set. Each set will contain a signature Keap candle, made in Brooklyn with fine fragrances and sustainable coconut wax and, of course, this special Valentine’s matchbox. These sets will be available for $35, online at KeapBK.com/Valentines, and in-store at Canal Street Market.
